Golf Pro Partnership Agent for USA Golf Pro Locations Network Expansion

Golf Pro Locations is the USA operating brand of Golf Communications Ltd, a UK-based golf experience and lesson gifting business that provides a network of 150 UK PGA golf pros with over 3,000 new customers a year
The company partners with the 2 major USA gift experience platforms including Virgin Gifts and Giftory to provide customers with golf lesson experiences delivered by qualified PGA teaching professionals across the United States
We are now expanding our network of golf instructors and are seeking 3 proactive, confident and organised freelance recruitment agents to support golf pro acquisition and onboarding
Role Title
Freelance Golf Pro Partnership Agent – 3 agents required (West, Central and Eastern territories)

Initial term: June – September 2026
Potential ongoing renewal following performance review
Territory:
One of 3 USA Territories with key target cities
Agent’s Role / Purpose
To identify, contact, qualify and recruit PGA-qualified golf teaching professionals across 1 of 3 key US territories (West, Central and Eastern), to join the network team of Golf Pro Locations’ instructors
The role involves outbound calling to golf venues, lead qualification, relationship management and CRM administration using Capsule CRM and its database of golf venues, including: golf clubs, golf teaching academies, driving ranges and indoor golf studios
Key Responsibilities for Golf Partnership Agent
Research and identify suitable golf teaching professionals and golf venues
Review golf facility websites prior to outreach calls
Conduct outbound telephone calls to golf professionals and golf venues
Introduce the Golf Pro Locations lesson experience programme
Assess instructor suitability and level of interest
Record all call notes, statuses and follow-up activity within Capsule CRM
Send templated follow-up emails to interested prospects
Manage follow-up calls and nurture conversations until a final recruitment outcome is reached
Onboard successful “Fulfilment Pros” into the CRM system with complete profile details
Coordinate internal onboarding tasks for welcome communications
Ideal Golf Professional Criteria
The Partnership Agent will identify instructors who:
Hold PGA or equivalent teaching qualifications
Carry appropriate liability insurance (this will be covered by their PGA license)
Are professional, courteous, customer-focused, keen and have the capacity to build their customer base
Have permission from their golf facility to teach external customers
They may operate independently of the golf venue or utilise assistant (qualified) golf professionals for delivering lessons
Target Golf Facilities
Primary target venues include:
Public golf courses (selected Municipal golf courses)
Golf Teaching Academies
Driving ranges
Golf studios
Selected private facilities (where external teaching is permitted)
Facilities must be willing to:
Accept Golf Pro Locations’ customers
Deliver golf lessons at agreed programme rates
Support lesson booking coordination
CRM & Database Management
Maintain accurate records within Capsule CRM
Update contact information and call outcomes in real time
Create and manage follow-up tasks
Escalate technical or process questions to Paul Vines when required
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all CRM data and contacts

Skills & Experience Required
Strong telephone communication and relationship-building skills – 20-25 outbound calls per day
Confident cold-calling ability - minimum 2 follow up cycles
CRM/database management experience - live / immediate updates
Excellent organisational and follow-up skills - 1 hour admin block / week
Ability to work independently and manage pipeline activity - weekly territory call update with Paul Vines
Professional written and verbal communication
Interest in / understanding of golf industry preferred
Compensation
$500 monthly Retainer
$80 per Fulfilment Pro recruited
Additional $300 Bonus for hitting monthly target in months 2, 3 and 4
Payments made at month end via Ban transfer, PayPal or Venmo
Contractor responsible for own phone, lap top computer, internet and IT expenses
Performance Reviews
Initial review: End of June 2026
Full contract review: End of September 2026
Recruitment Challenges & Considerations
Candidates should understand that:
Golf professionals are often difficult to reach during teaching hours so Agent’s working hours need to be flexible
Follow-up persistence is essential
Some golf clubs restrict external / non member teaching activity
Relationship-building and objection handling are key parts of the role

Contract Notice Period
Either party may terminate the agreement as follows:
- Within first month = one week’s written notice
- After first month = 1 month's written notice
