Growing together.As a full time, exempt Manager, Specialty Pharmacy Accreditation with the CPS Solutions, LLC Specialty and Ambulatory team, will work under the direction of and in collaboration with the Senior Director, Accreditation Specialty and Ambulatory Services. This role will assist the director of accreditation to facilitate the accreditation process to ensure accuracy and completion of accreditation applications. This person will also utilize patient management software, visual analytics tools, and other technologies to gather required information to improve the CPS accreditation offering and drive efficiency and process improvement at CPS.
Work Schedule: Minimum of 40 hours a week but hours may be long and irregular. Includes evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary

Primary Responsibilities:
- Managing the following areas as they relate to specialty pharmacy services:
- Performs Accreditation Maintenance
- Manages branding template policies for clients
- Assists the directors of accreditation in the develop training materials based on audit findings
- Identifies and implements projects to improve the accreditation offering
- Gathers policy documentation at the direction of the director to support all business units
- Assists the Director in preparing documentation for accreditation data validation
- Assists the Director in the uploading of required documents for accreditation
- Compiles reports and content for Quality Management Committee meetings
- Assists the directors in maintaining documentation required for all aspects of accreditation
- Assists directors in the completion of client annual reports
- Other related duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in pharmacy, preferably specialty pharmacy working with clinical care teams at a large hospital or health system
- Deep understanding or the ability to learn specialty pharmacy accreditation standards, with emphasis on URAC and ACHC
- Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Email and Calendar, and Teams
- Proven attention to detail
- Proven self-motivation with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
- Demonstrated outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
