The Senior Consultant plays a key role in this process by using robust, validated assessment tools to integrate vital cognitive measures with personality factors and leadership competencies to identify top talent with performance potential.
With straightforward, scientifically valid, tools that adhere to EEOC and OFCCP guidelines, the Senior Consultant assesses front line talent and leaders, analyzes results, and provides clients with critical insight to guide workforce strategy decisions. Augmenting their assessment work, Senior Consultants get involved with new product development, validation projects, and opportunities to facilitate various trainings and team building initiatives with our clients.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-person/virtual interviews and interpret personality and cognitive ability assessments for individual job candidates and employees
Prepare narrative reports with information integrated from interview notes, personality assessments, and cognitive ability instruments
Provide hiring managers with verbal feedback on candidates
Offer feedback, coaching and guidance to candidates and employees
Manage all aspects of client engagements
Participate on and lead projects that include new product development, validation studies, and facilitation of leadership and team building experiences
Travel required to facilitate face-to-face interviews and meetings (approximately 25%)
Experience & Skills
10+ years in a firm focused on talent assessment and development
Strong interviewing skills; experience conducting in-depth interviews and assessments, preparing narrative reports based on data and insights, and providing written and verbal feedback is a plus
Effective communication skills including writing, meeting facilitation, presentations, and the ability to engage a group or individuals
Robust analysis and EQ capabilities for candidate interviewing and assessment
Detailed and self-directed with good follow-through, and the ability to solve problems, prioritize competing tasks, and meet deadlines
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to be flexible and work collaboratively in a client-focused, small team environment
Robust analytical skills, including statistics as used in Industrial/Organizational Psychology

Base salaries vary and are dependent on considerations such as: experience and specific skills/certifications ($120,000 - $150,000). Salary details are openly discussed during the hiring process.
