We are currently seeking a Clinical Director to support our sales efforts from a clinical perspective. This role involves building professional relationships, influencing healthcare improvements to achieve better clinical outcomes, and meeting assigned business objectives.
Core Functions
Present Continuing Education seminars and deliver live skills/knowledge workshops alongside sales personnel within key hospital accounts
Support an assigned geographic sales region and its representatives to maximize relationship potential with clinical customers and clinical acumen among team members
Establish and manage effective programs for coaching, educating, and training sales personnel
Detailed Functions
Develop sales representatives’ clinical acumen
Proactively observe sales activity among representatives to ensure clinical quality and accuracy of sales efforts
Positively impacts the performance of individual sales team members by implementing and managing field support tools, including training programs and customer communication assets
Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top-echelon decision-makers
Continuously identifies skill deficiencies among managed sales representatives and works to improve individual capabilities through coaching, development, and training
Actively participates in New Hire and Sales Academy Training throughout the year
Participates in team meetings and weekly one-on-one sessions with each representative
Attends various tradeshows
Conducts ride-alongs with each representative at least once per quarter
Reporting
Reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer
Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
A university degree in nursing is required
Minimum of five years OR nursing experience
OR nurse management/educator/leadership experience preferred
Ability to travel weekly for ride-alongs with representatives and to support their development
