Enduring Planet is a specialized financial services firm designed specifically for the "New Climate Economy." We bridge the gap between traditional venture capital and bank debt by providing non-dilutive working capital and fractional CFO services to climate tech startups and small-to-medium businesses (SMBs). We prioritize investments into underrepresented founders, diverse teams, and startups serving marginalized communities.

We are seeking individuals across multiple levels to join our FP&A team within the Fractional CFO segment. This individual will be critical in supporting our CFO platform, leading modeling, scenario planning, and other analytics work for Enduring Planet customers. We are specifically looking for a candidate based internationally (Pakistan preferred) who will work remotely. Working hours for this role are 6AM to 2PM Eastern Time to ensure overlap with client working hours. Priority will be given to underrepresented/diverse candidates.

Typical Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and update drivers-based, comprehensive financial models and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals
• Provide model audit to evaluate existing financial modeling setup.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with clients on strategic financial planning, including budgeting, capital allocation, and M&A analysis
• Oversee key financial metrics and prepare KPI dashboards, providing ongoing performance insights
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Contribute to new FP&A products, processes and strategies.
• Additional Responsibilities (Senior Associate / Lead)
• Review FP&A tasks of the broader team for accuracy and bespoke strategic storytelling.
• Support FP&A team with project execution and delivery.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks which may be allocated by the Manager

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of at least 4 years of experience in financial modeling and forecasting, ideally within a professional services, corporate finance, or investment (VC/PE, etc) environment
• Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (strongly preferred)

Required Across All Levels

• Proven track record of developing and maintaining complex financial models
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements effectively
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• CFA candidates or charterholders are encouraged to apply
• Advanced knowledge of using Excel and Google sheets
